The decision to move the Data from a Domestic US Corporation to a [F]oreign Swedish Telecom Giant was made to ensure the CIA KEEPS ACCESS to the copies of FISA 702 data.

Tom Wheeler of the FCC raised $700,000 for Obama's Presidential Campaigns and then Obama nominated him to Chair the FCC in 2013.

He would go on to oversee the Local Number Portability Administrator Contract going up for bid where Neustar and Telcordia (Ericsson) were the only two bidders.

All decisions were made KNOWINGLY and with prior knowledge... The corporate and political fallout from all of this will be ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE.
