Davis, California musician Tony Ranier of Blue Cheer, who was the guitarist on their 80s Megaforce label comeback album "The Beast Is Back," has passed away, it looks as though he died one year ago and it wasn't even posted in the Blue Cheer group on Facebook until a year later.

@crockpics It's recently come to light that Leon Hendrix is Jimi's half brother, on their Mom's side. Looks like she had an affair but Al Hendrix still raised Leon as his son. Jimi and Leon's stepsister Janie Hendrix still has Leon cut out of Jimi's publishing and royalties revenue.
