@Apple I’m reporting a problem w/ latest iOS update on my iPad Pro. Trying to open a link from lock screen, it decided I entered passcode wrong & locked the iPad for 15 minutes. 2nd time this week.
P.S. Why do you make it so hard to enter a complaint in the Apple Support app?

@mpbcom MPB’s customer service is TERRIBLE. I bought a Sony AR7II w/ extended warranty. It stopped working the first time I took it out to use it. I sent it back; they won’t fix or replace it. I have been waiting forever for a refund. MPB won’t even give me an ETA.
