@Gymshark I have been trying to get help for my missing parcel for 4 days and no one has done anything! Can someone actually take action rather than emailing me ‘has it turned up?’ once a day.

@Ashigarru@YoPauliekisslip@HelloFreshUK Exactly the same has happened to me this week. I even have screenshots showing the technical fault and they’re refusing to refund me. It’s in breach of several of my consumer rights and I will be taking it further.
@HelloFreshUK how do I make a formal complaint against your company? Your website says my email doesn’t exist and prevented me from being able to log in to cancel. Despite me raising issues with your support I am still being charged. DISGUSTING.
@HelloFreshUK having a really difficult time cancelling my subscription and keep being charged despite giving notice of wanting to cancel. Website won’t let me cancel. I am trapped and support aren’t helping!! @TradeStandards
@HelloFreshUK I will be cancelling so not need to look. I looked on both your app and website looking for this weeks meal choices and couldn’t find it. My delivery is supposed tot run up today and isn’t even on its way…it’s 7pm.
@HelloFreshUK just signed up using discount - instant regret. You can’t see the meals until after you’ve paid. The meals were awful, barely any veggie, mostly spicy. Most are chicken thigh and there’s £2 fee PER SERVING to change to breast. Will be instantly cancelling. Awful.
