i saw a TikTok about a girl saying how she doesn't stay mad for long because either she's going to figure it out, or there's nothing that can be done about it. and as simple as that sounds is as simple as it is really
Zuck's current self-reinvention is so inspiring, mf is almost 40 y.o now. Been the CEO of a world-changing co for 20+ yrs. Not only rejected Yahoo's $1B offer, but Ballmer's $20B+ offer to sell the co just in his 20s.
Most ppl don't realize how many times he's had to reinvent himself. From a dorm programmer to startup founder to beating everyone in the game to now managing a 50k+ employee co. Going from 10 employees to 100 make people go insane, imagine what he's gone through. Icon

@StudentRentPro@CaseyMericle I would also look at the entire use of the parcel, not individual units. I would more so check for proof that the property had been actually used for the past two years to ensure its continuity, i.e billing statements, etc
@StudentRentPro@CaseyMericle Every locality is different I just got out of local government (southern VA). My locality had a “nonconforming use” section in the zoning ordinance where a nonconforming use could continue its use, as long as, it hadn’t been discontinued for two years.
instead of having "winter" with "snow," the east coast now apparently has a season that can only be described as "pacific northwest mode": dark, wet, foggy, 45 degrees
