@EMewe Not surprised the dentist wasn’t helpful since I’m reading it’s often hormonal. Thank you for sharing the supplements that are helping you. I started taking an iron supplement and a B12 yesterday. Lately my hands and feet can’t warm up either. But I have thyroid issues too.

@KaylaPMHNP Soap? My coffee tasted like soap the other day. I thought I hadn’t rinsed my cup well enough after washing. Also, my feet couldn’t warm up; felt tingly. Also related? Just learned about BMS. Thought I had a food sensitivity.
