I thought @AveloAir had a 24 hours return policy? I waited on hold for 4 hours only to be told I am only getting back half of what I paid as a credit + $200 in penalties?!
@FlyFrontier I can’t speak to anyone on the phone and the chat function is completely useless. I’ve been waiting for 3 hours now!! Smfh customer service is nonexistent apparently
@Ticketmaster charging double for tickets in the same section is crazy! This has to be illegal in some way, and they don’t allow refunds either smfh. I don’t even want to see Beyoncé at this point
Flew @united in July, my checked bag arrived damaged. They told me I had to file a claim with @TSA that could take up to 6 months to be resolved. Six months later and now I am being told “well you can wait longer for a response, or file a suit against the government.” Wtf?!?!
@HamptonByHilton I booked a room this morning and need to cancel it due to a family emergency. Now I am getting charged $146 to do so? My cut off date to change the reservation was yesterday, but I booked today! How does that even make sense?!
@target charged me a late fee and interest on my card, even though my statements have been going to the wrong email & I explained this to the representative smfh! Couldn’t even log into my account to pay!!
@united broke my luggage, so naturally I have to jump through hoops with TSA to MAYBE get refunded in 6 months. I don’t know why I expected United Airlines crooks to take accountability for a mistake they made, but now I am out of luggage and have a work flight in a week!
@UberEats in Panama and my driver told me I would have to pay him $20 to receive my food to my hotel. Now they will not give me a refund for the food I NEVER received because the delivery person said they couldn’t get in contact with me. Un-freakin-believable

@raymourflanigan have lost a life long customer thanks to the scammers you have running your credit card services @TDBank_US I have never been charged so many bogus “late charges” due to TD Bank’s errors!! And the customer service reps are INCREDIBLY rude & unhelpful

I should’ve known not to use @PayPal First they told my cousin she had to send an item back to China when she got scammed, in order to get a refund. Now they’re telling me my own money won’t be released for 21 days. What a fuckin mess of a company @AskPayPal
