I am having this exact problem tonight, using the same two devices yet @AustralianSuper tells me they’re new devices every time I log in 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

@AustralianSuper has gone mad with its security settings. Every time there is a mfa and register device as trusted but the same thing again and again. The device never gets registered as trusted device. Do you guys do any testing at all? What's the point of biometric then?

@AustralianSuper I’ve spoken to your online chat team and emailed Complaints last week. Requested a % change to my investments in July, repeated it in August. Got email acknowledgment each time that it would happen in 2 biz days. The change is still not reflected in my account.

@easyJet flight EZY8470 should have left 15 mins ago. We’re still standing around inside at the gate and there has been no update, nothing noted on the app, any idea why we’re delayed??

Found out for myself - it’s a police control. Unclear when it will end. Would be nice if you provided any official update #easyjet, nothing on the app, not even an announcement for passengers sweating in the low-to-no air con here at the gate 🤦🏻‍♀️
