@GoPro I have having trouble. My media for the day won’t show up on my app to download. I have tried all the fixes I could find online, I literally want one picture to post from today.

@GoPro Oh I figured it this might be the case. I signed up for auto cloud download but haven’t been able to set it up. Do you think once I get home to my normal internet connection that I will be able to download them on my app from the cloud?

@GoPro My camera was working fine then I noticed it was a black screen and a flashing red light. It wouldn’t not turn off. So I removed the battery for a second or two and clicked on the SD card but did not remove it

@GoPro No a mix of some videos and pictures. I have a recommended SD card. I guess I will try another device when I return home.

@GoPro The media from 6/18 will not show up on my app. Is there a way to restore that so that it shows up. I took a few test pictures today 6/19 and they showed up on the app.
