Attendance Matters! Thank you to all the parents who joined our first attendance session of 2025 yesterday. Together, we’re setting the stage for a year of success and growth for our students! #APS#Attendancematters
On this lovely fall day, kindergarteners are getting hands-on with their five senses lesson by carving pumpkins! They can see the vibrant orange color, feel the smooth skin and gooey insides, hear the scraping sound of the knife, and smell the fresh pumpkin scent!
Our office staff are having some fall fun today! They dressed up as Care Bears to show the students, families and staff we are here to support you. We are grateful for our caring and fantastic staff who take such good care of our community!
This week, we're spotlighting community school coordinators on our National Center for Community Schools pages. #CoordinatorsRock and they are the backbone of our schools, helping students and families thrive. Learn more about them here➡️ https://t.co/cNrrxhEgJA

Welcoming back all our Cardinals and Carlin Springs families for a fantastic year ahead! We are learning routines, meeting friends, and getting outside to move our bodies! #APSBack2School#OneTeamOneAPS
We are up and moving this afternoon as Kofi Dennis joins us at Carlin Springs. He's a professional percussionist and storyteller, and he has everyone participating - students and staff!
Principal De La Cruz Scales is sharing with families tonight about what it means to be a Cardinal who CARES. Cares means that we are teachers and students who cooperate, are assertive, respectful, have empathy and are safe.
