That leads me to think that, to strengthen his faction, Imu offered devil fruits to the 19 founding Kings. I assume these powers are devils from the Abyss (Hell), incarnated into fruits so they can exist in the physical plane. In Chapter 385, Spandam tells CP9, “Even I don’t know what kind of devil lives inside them,” which fits perfectly with this idea.

Now here’s where I take it further:
The same way St. Nerona Imu made a pact with the Great One, Mu, Joy Boy made a pact with the Sun God, Nika. This deity saw his pure heart and chose him, granting him powers tied to Nika’s fantasy, the Dream World (Heaven).

Some awakened Devil fruits have Black hagoromo, and others have White hagoromo, we see a clear example in Lucci vs. Luffy during the Egghead arc. I think all Black Hagoromo Devil fruits come from the Abyss (Hell), where the Great One, Mu resides, while the White Hagoromo ones come from Nika’s fantasy, the Dream World (Heaven).

JUST IN: Brentwood Police say 'Reacher' star Alan Ritchson acted in self-defense, say no charges will be filed.

The development comes as new footage appears to show Ritchson's neighbor blocking the road while he was on his motorcycle.
