This is happening again tonight! Power went off at 11:10 PM. First you promised it would come back at 12 AM, now you are saying 1 AM. Why is this daily nighttime harassment continuing despite multiple complaints? New complaint no: 112539761. Fix this issue

@pspclofficial @PSPCLOfficial I don't just want empty assurances that the complaint will be resolved soon. Give me a clear guarantee that power won't be cut for 6 hours straight at night anymore. If this happens again tonight, I will take legal action and go to the consumer court.

You marked the previous complaint as resolved, but power went off again at 10:22 PM. Earlier it cut at 7:30 PM and returned at 9:00 PM. I have registered a new complaint no. 112394773 (previous was 112360868). This erratic cycle every night is very frustrating.
