people focus on the downsides of vices, procrastination, self sabotage but the answers they need are hidden in the upsides

don’t copy what i’m doing now

copy what i was doing 8 years ago

buying books

courses

mentorships

flying out and meeting mentors irl

i spent most of my early money on self education

i wasn’t worried about flashy things

i needed to get ahead

and most people won’t tell you what they really know unless you’re paying them

so that’s what i did

for many years

and yes a lot of it was a waste of money

i learned things that didn’t work

but i didn’t care

part of the game

for every 10 things that didn’t work 1 did and that was enough

and to be honest that’s how you should view online education in general

of course some people don’t know what they’re talking about

of course some people are just trying to get your money and run with it

but some aren’t

some actually have the pieces of information you need to get to where you want to go

and they’ll give it to you

don’t be scared to invest in yourself

go into it expecting most of it to be bs

but understand that if you keep going eventually you’re gonna stumble into something life changing
