Today I was briefed by @fema & @RedCross on their preparedness education partnership & how to help our youth be ready to take action during a natural disaster. These resources & ed programs are vital for the safety of our children to help them prepare for an emergency.
How do first responders prioritize their work following a major earthquake?
Carlos Castillo, Senior Advisor at Tidal Basin, recently joined CBS News to discuss the response in Venezuela and share his perspective on the search for survivors and the challenges facing response teams.
