- months before the election, CIA Director William Burns visited Brazil and warned Bolsonaro against contesting the results by implying the NEWLY INSTALLED voting machines were compromised, implying a coordinated effort to ensure Lula’s win.

• DefSec Lloyd Austin went to Brazil 1 month later and pushed the Chief of the Brazilian Armed Forces to commit to the election results and side with Lula.

Dois ministros, duas formas opostas de exercer a jurisdição penal. Um violador de direitos humanos produto do sistema. O outro, escolhido por Bolsonaro para defender o ordenamento jurídico, o Brasil e os brasileiros.

Os casos conduzidos por André Mendonça (Banco Master) e Alexandre de Moraes (farsa do golpe, com delação de Mauro Cid) ilustram, lado a lado, essas duas posturas. Legalidade versus abuso de poder no STF.

No inquérito do Banco Master, Mendonça atua como se espera de um julgador: submeteu rapidamente suas decisões à Segunda Turma, garantindo colegialidade e blindagem contra nulidades. Fundamentou cada ato em requerimentos da PF e PGR, manteve a prisão preventiva de Daniel Vorcaro com base nos pressupostos do art. 312 do CPP.

Diante da proposta de delação, não negociou: condicionou qualquer avanço à análise da PF e da PGR, que a rejeitaram por falta de fatos novos. Não pressionou, não ameaçou, não conduziu o investigado, apenas presidiu com sigilo, devido processo e proporcionalidade.

Já na delação de Mauro Cid, o quadro é o inverso. Em audiência no STF, Moraes repreendeu o colaborador ao vivo, advertindo sobre prisão preventiva, rescisão do acordo e o desprezível absurdo de responsabilização do pai, da esposa e da filha.

Trata-se de coação explícita, em que o relator conduziu, advertiu, pressionou e coagiu diretamente o depoente.

De um lado, legalidade. Do outro, pressão pessoal. A diferença entre julgar a prova e fabricar a prova.

O Brasil só retomará seu rumo correto no dia em que Alexandre de Moraes for extirpado do STF.

I was convicted because President Trump rightly sanctioned a human rights violator, Alexandre de Moraes, a justice on Brazil’s Supreme Court.

Remarkably, Moraes voted to convict me in a case in which he himself claims to be the victim. In other words, he served as both judge and alleged victim simultaneously.

Such a situation would be unthinkable in any impartial judicial system. Yet this is what passes for “justice” in Brazil today.
