Looking forward to eating when hungry, what I want.

Weekends, sunny days, my family, financial security, and latte Friday.

[Carlota Tortuga @CarlotaTortuga]

Fall, Fridays, weekends with my daughter and husband, sleeping in, and making it through another week!!

[Carlota Tortuga @CarlotaTortuga]

Mornings I can walk, having a job and it getting better, my house even though it's stressing me out, yoga.

[Carlota Tortuga @CarlotaTortuga]

Thunderstorms, sex with my husband, my body, my daughter's laugh, my sister, even though she cries.

[Carlota Tortuga @CarlotaTortuga]

I'm thinking that maybe it's time to stabilize. Work on feeling good, not squeezing into a size 14. Size 16 feels pretty good.

[Carlota Tortuga @CarlotaTortuga]

Sunrises, easy drives to work, it getting better, my husband, and my daughter.

[Carlota Tortuga @CarlotaTortuga]

My mother in law, my resilience, my husband, sunrises on tough days, my ability to fake it until I make it. Which will be soon.

[Carlota Tortuga @CarlotaTortuga]

Thunderstorms, my sun kissed skin, my education and experience, my husband nervous about a job, and my daughter.

[Carlota Tortuga @CarlotaTortuga]

Yoga, my husband chatty when I get home, my healthy daughter, my persistance, and my forgiving body which will remember.

Didn't comment yesterday - BAD DAY. I was way overwelmed. Today was much better. I have a plan for yoga and walks. Yoga in the AM.

[Carlota Tortuga @CarlotaTortuga]

The sun, late mornings, flexible schedules, yoga when I'm able to do it, and jobs that allow me to support my family.

[Carlota Tortuga @CarlotaTortuga]

Whew. Done day one of work. Walked a lot, but no yoga today. Yoga tomorrow. Feeling better.

[Carlota Tortuga @CarlotaTortuga]

The weather, my husband, the car, my job, and another day.

[Carlota Tortuga @CarlotaTortuga]

Indulged today. But tomorrow is another day. In fact today is day what? I forget? No yoga today, but I walked and feel good for it.

[Carlota Tortuga @CarlotaTortuga]

5 things I'm grateful for - my family, my opportunities, my resilience, my body, and my tenacity.

[Carlota Tortuga @CarlotaTortuga]

Day three! Feel great after yoga and a nice walk chatting with sis. Sitting in the sun by the pool didn't hurt. =)

[Carlota Tortuga @CarlotaTortuga]

Day two! And continuing to take care of myself. I'm going to do yoga tomorrow.

[Carlota Tortuga @CarlotaTortuga]

Got my adrenals today! I started. Today I felt tired and run down. Woke up at 8:30 still tired, asleep on the couch at 8:30.

[Carlota Tortuga @CarlotaTortuga]

Erked to find the adrenal supplements today at a store, but had already ordered them! Feeling better today, tired but hopeful.
