@RoyalMail parcels been sat at PSC Milton Keynes for last 5 days on 48 tracked. No update or tracking avail since. 2 deliveries rearranged at the weekend for this week got left on doorstep all weekend too!
Tried calling cue 40 min on hold… need update asap

@Justhypehelp furious - Ill never ever use hype again after this.
Ordered well before cut off date, paid £6 deliv - supposedly free - total 17 items - no customer service response to queries! Iv received *1* item of which was not for the kids 😩😭 Where is the 16 others !!!!!!!!

@harland1989 @Justhypehelp They responded asking for an order number and then nothing again. Im really upset! I ordered from another company the same day AFTER placing this and their delivery turned up yesterday via Evri. I cant believe the amount of people having issues about contact & orders! Crazy!

@TamlynRoberts @Justhypehelp Also the same! cant get in touch with anyone! Have they come back to you? Im absolutely shocked! Moneys gone out and no goods! Their Christmas presents like most peoples, hype still advertising Christmas delivery in their emails yesterday. What a joke! Where is my order hype?!
