@WhichUK @pandocruises cancelled our cruise, we requested a refund Mar16 and the 45 day wait is now extended to 60. Then, after advising us excursions would be auto refunded, 2wks later we had to request them online, gaining a wait of 60 days for this money. #RefundPassengers
