I was feeling to broad on my back I’m always going to be broad shouldered but aiming for small back and arms 🙏🏻
Third week of cutting breakfast out and eating after training around mid day… prefer it and feeling like I’m becoming more leaner from it.
Hopefully make more changes before holidays 💪
NHS is at breaking point and we have to look after our own health. And find our own answers.

@RachyBull@eda2026 I really think it’s a nodule or something because it’s more of a strain I feel it when doing RDLs etc in the gym and like something is lodged!
Don’t usually take nanna naps but I’m a 38 year old dealing with peri menopause so I’m entitled to it 🤣
This whole getting older shit really is an eye opener 😆
