Imagine @Hermesparcels delivering a parcel and putting it in your bin 8 days ago and not letting you know and you just finding it there! And to top it off, they emailed you 2 days ago to say they’d only just received it 😡

Now, the driver is telling me that ‘accidentally’ one of my parcels hasn’t been loaded onto the van and will be delivered tomorrow. Although customer services are saying it was definitely loaded on and should be delivered today. Just a joke really.

@YodelOnline are literally the worse delivery company ever! Parcel delivered yesterday whilst I was out, the driver left it infront on my front door for the world to see and didn’t even leave a card so if it’s been stolen I’d have never known.

Then today I have 2 parcels out for delivery and I’m sat in my house and get a card posted through to say I’d missed my delivery to find my parcel had been threw over my back fence. If you’d have knocked you’d know I was in!!
