@O2 I have been trying to get a complaint resolved for over two months - you keep palming me off saying your “complaints team is busy”. When will this be resolved? And when will you return the money you have taken due to not cancelling my contract when asked.
@O2 I have second hand embarrassment from your abysmal customer service. Can whoever is responsible for managing your complaints get back to me asap, Ive been waiting 2 weeks for a reply from your resolution centre, so far there’s been 0 resolution, only further disappointment.
