I literally still have my "Please Don't Squeeze the Carmen" shirt from when I was a kid. I would totally still wear it if it weren't a size XS. #GENXLIFE@cowford.realty

I am not naive. I know posting about fair housing won't make it a reality. But People Will! As REALTORS we have the power to make change. And if we can bring awareness we can make our city a better place FOR ALL!

There is a lot of knowledge and expertise that goes into real estate transactions. That is why choosing the right REALTOR is so important. You need someone who can help you though the often complicated process and beyond!

Our phone cord as a kid was so long you could stretch it into multiple rooms. It often was closed into a door when you wanted to talk in private. And you'd have to wind it back into shape after every call. GENX LIFE

While it sounds horrible it was quite refreshing when your mom kicked you out of the house all day in the summer heat and wouldn't let you back in to take a break from a vicious kick ball tournament. #GenXRealtor@cowford.realty

Fair housing is the right to choose housing free from unlawful discrimination. Floridians are entitled by law to rent a place to live or buy a home without consideration of their race, color, national origin, sex, handicap, familial status, or religion.

As a consultant, I get to work on some pretty amazing projects. Historic Stanton School is a true Jacksonville gem, the first official school for African Americans in the State of Florida and the only secondary school for African Americans in Jacksonville for many years.
Today is my son's Senior Orientation at Douglas Anderson. It is a big day not just for him but for me as I'm nowhere near ready to let him go. He's always been an old soul, mature beyond his years. I am going to enjoy every moment of this last year with you!
This beautiful terrazzo flooring at Trinity Lutheran on McDuff and Park Streets includes two inlaid shuffle boards and an inlaid basketball court.
Terrazzo flooring was popular in 60s & 70s and you can sometimes discover it hidden under vinyl or other flooring in mid-centy homes.
