Our lab studies marine ecosystem responses such as changes in survival, growth, movement patterns and physiological responses to environmental perturbations.
The ALMMSN team led a public sighting and reporting assessment project to examine marine mammal stranding reporting methods and find ways to enhance detection. Read more here:

Our MMRP intern, Sebastian, is spending his last day with us before heading back to Vancouver British Columbia. He will be training to be a captain and working as a Naturalist for “Prince of Whales”. We are going to miss him tons and wish him the best of luck on his new journey!
