The simplest way to see Bollore’s $BOL.PA complicated shareholder structure, the so-called “Control loop”, is to follow the €4.2bn dividend home. Odet $ODET.PA owns ~74% of Bollore and collects most of it. It keeps a slice, then pays out €2.5bn. Bollore gets ~80% of that back through the holdings that sit above Odet. Round-trip: 80% × 74% ≈ 59% of Bollore’s own dividend returns to Bollore. That’s the loop. Self-ownership of ~59%. 2.8bn Bollore shares on the screen. Strip out the loop and the economic count is closer to 1.1bn shares.

J’en ai parlé semaine dernière, le cours actuel s’est stabilisé, ça peut bien évidemment descendre encore plus bas mais plusieurs éléments me semblent intéressants :

👉 La croissance euphorique post-Covid s’est détendue et 2026 sera probablement l’année de normalisation dans le secteur du luxe avec une reprise potentielle (légère certes) en 2027 voir 2028.

👉 Bernard Arnault rachète en masse ses actions

👉 Le secteur luxe dans sa globalité est déprimée

👉 Les fondamentaux restent solides

👉 Les regards sont tournés vers l’IA et les semis

⚠️ Mais attention, la valorisation bien que plus attractive reste encore un peu élevée et de mauvais résultats pourraient encore pénaliser le titre.

$TTE is coiling within a descending triangle, but the character of the chart is starting to shift as bulls lean into descending resistance.

Last week’s break above that trendline came with a bullish continuation candle that reclaimed both the 50-day and 200-day EMAs, which have been tangled for weeks as price consolidated.

That reclaim tells you buyers are slowly taking back control of the short-term trend.

Momentum is aligning as the MACD continues to expand to the upside and the RSI isn’t flashing any bearish divergence, suggesting momentum isn’t fading into resistance.

Price is now pressing directly into the descending trendline again, and if bulls can push through with conviction this week, the setup opens the door for another leg higher, shifting this descending triangle from a continuation pattern into a potential breakout structure. One to watch.
