I sat in awe on Easter Sunday at deserts and cakes largely untouched. After years of carnivore persecution, my family has 7 members (about 1/4th) on the carnivore diet.

I have been almost completely cast iron for about a year. The newer cast iron does not hold a candle to the older Wagner Brand.
