Agneau seul, ou un mix bœuf ?
50 av. J.-C.
50 BC: the tallest men a Roman legion ever faced were the Germans and the Celts, and they lived on the herd. Caesar wrote it down through gritted teeth.
800: the tallest people in Europe were the Norse, and they lived on butter, cheese, fish and salt meat.
1850: the tallest people on earth were the Cheyenne and the Sioux, and they lived on bison.
1899: the shortest men in the British army came out of the mill towns, and they lived on bread, tea and jam.
1954: the shortest people in the developed world were the Japanese. Milk went into every school lunch that year and they grew 10cm inside a generation.
2000: the two Koreas shared a language, a border and a set of grandparents, and the south, on beef and eggs, stood up to 8cm above the north, on rice.
2026: the tallest people on earth are the Dutch, and they drink more milk per head than any nation alive.
Height is the only nutrition survey that cannot be funded, fudged or reworded by a committee.
It is taken against a wall, in front of a mother, and it has returned the same verdict on every continent for 2,000 years.
The tall ones had the herd. The short ones had the field.

Calsium sulfate is used in all tofu to give it its texture and shape. Otherwise it would be a runny, gooey blob. It's also called gypsum, the main ingredient in plasterboard. Tell me how this is healthier than steak.

6 days before I went Carnivore. Right there. Saved my life.
I like how us Polish guys wear black a lot.
Elblag, Poland there.
Best crew. All Computer guys. All of us had retro ties too. I could not speak so much Polish back then but I could talk tech.
Things you can legally buy in Britain today:
- Cigarettes.
- A litre of vodka at 9am.
- An energy drink with 13 teaspoons of sugar, at 16.
- Paracetamol enough to end a liver, across two shops.
- A scratchcard.
- A vape shaped like a highlighter.
- A loaf that stays soft for three weeks.
- A bottle of hexane-washed oil with a heart on the label.
- A month of weight-loss injections from a website that asked your height.
Things a Scottish dairy farmer cannot sell you:
- A glass of milk from his own cow.
Banned since 1983, on the grounds of safety.
Our first little grand baby is turning 1.
He's actually my stepdaughter's son. Her and her mom grew up in big cities.
But, she ended up marrying a country boy.
And since I'm a country girl, this little guy is getting a pair of boots 😁
I turn 60 on Jan 10, 2027-so I’ve got 1 year to get it all done- I’ll do the rowing and deadlifting at the beginning, then focus on sprints and dunking after and finally later in the year the longer distance stuff- probably will be 245lbs at beginning of year and then gradually come down to 230-235 for the longer events-starting out from a fairly low point as I am recovering from pretty crappy respiratory infection and also a decent quad tendon strain- will continue to rehab quad over next several weeks before reintroducing some more aggressive exercises- early focus next few months will be on bringing up deadlift,Olympic lifts, rowing sprints and some cycling for conditioning- jumps and sprints will be brought back in as leg allows- looking forward to the progress and the battle! Lots of steak and eggs as well!
