SCOOP: I went through Elections Alberta disclosures and it turns out that seven out of 11 members of the public appointed to the Alberta Next panel have contributed a combined $40K to the UCP since 2017.

This means that three quarters of the panelists are UCP MLAs and donors.

New Alberta polling out today. 58% disapprove of Smith’s performance, including 46% who strongly disapprove. Albertans are starting to tire of Smith and the UCP's political games. October gives us another chance to tell them how unhappy we are with the politics of division.

43% indicating strong disapproval.

We all need to wake up to the existence of a new right wing alliance, clearly called for in the US National Security Strategy issued in December 2025, which will include the German AFD, the Rassemblement National in France, Nigel Farage’s party and those even further to the right in the UK. Their political advance will be led, supported, fuelled and financed by Trump, the TechBros, Putin, and whatever other sources can be found around the world. They are actively interfering in the Alberta referendum, and will fund whatever racist and separatist groups they can find around the world. Failure to understand this, and to fight it, will put our own democratic lives at risk.
