@ohhanxiety Skin can repair (fibrosis) but this is not true regeneration as seen by the liver. When skin is wounded the body instinctively wants to seal the wound to prevent infection & blood loss. Scar tissue is formed which lacks the perfection of natural skin tissue.

Hence healthy liver transplants may only require a partial transplant. The liver peaks at approx 20 years old so keep it healthy!

@jfturl @JohnJamesNI @wesstreeting You cannot alter a person orientation by therapy or any other means. Some kids do experience a phase but the majority struggle to accept their life long sexuality. FYI in 2024 the majority of STIs tested were straight females. Get ur facts straight pls.

However this is uncommon & the majority of adolescents whose orientation is for the same sex are not victims of abuse but have struggled with their sexuality prior to accepting their own identity.

I say confidently there is no agency in orientation.Some people do develop desires due to abuse as children.However this is not the topic at hand.
