*limit physical activity, play time, the arts, socialization
*focus only on standardized tests as success
* give students little voice/input into learning
* focuses on their weaknesses not strengths

Teachers deserve more reasons to love teaching than just their students. Admin,make sure you’re also a reason your teachers love teaching. Build strong relationships with them. Support, encourage, and appreciate them so they valued and inspired to give their all.
