@implausibleblog Probably should also say that people are not opposed to ULEZ in principal - the notice period was 9 months and 5 days. Shorter than all other schemes and the Labour Mayor of Manchester has paused implementation during the cost of living crisis
@implausibleblog Can I point out re point 2 that the ULEZ expansion was from the Congestion charge area to the north and south circular roads. The proposed expansion creates a ULEZ zone of 900 square miles. Other cities are around 5 square miles in the city centre only - not rural villages.
@mrjamesob Hi James, the last "Speak to Sadiq" Charlotte from Merton had a problem with accessing the ULEZ scrappage scheme. If Sadiq found how she could be helped - can you share it with the other 200 000 of us (assuming they all listen to you 😉)
Please read; the most important piece I've written. Mass poisoning has suddenly killed off most sea life for 30 miles by the Tees. The govt claims it's natural; ind scientists warn it's manmade. The govt is desperate not to inquire too deeply as its freeport policy is at stake.
Royal Mail have publicly admitted they have a £1.7bn ‘war chest’ to destroy postal workers
Admin team sat here thinking how utterly inspirational, uplifting and humbling it is that 115,000 CWU members still refuse to bow down 🥹
