@Twillick10 @dougburke57 @WestJet I spoke to a rep on the phone after over 10 hours on hold only to be told that the only option was for us to fly to yyz tonight and then connect with air Canada on Dec 28 to yyt. He also suggested that we fly to yyz and rent a car to drive home
