@kbcamby A2 I would encourage students to use use problem-solving tools such as the equation function in Microsoft Word for creating steps to math problems and Desmos for graphing functions. Both allow the students to see accurate visuals of the problem. #augustaedtech
@kbcamby A1 - In leading a writing workshop, I would use FocusGroupIt to engage students in conversation about the topic before allowing them to use the insights to write their papers. #augustaedtech
@kbcamby A3 I really enjoyed Chapter 13 on spaced vs mass practice. This is very applicable to SAT prep. I plan to implement this strategy as part of the SAT prep program I am developing.#augustaedtech
@kbcamby A2 While these are techniques I can't apply, physics teachers can allow students to participate in real life problem solving projects such as kicking a football on the football field, throwing darts at a dartboard, building race tracks for model cars, etc. #augustaedtech
@CarrollNic I tutor physics and math for high school and college students. I have been tutoring since 2011. I have been an engineer since 1992. #augustaedtech
