@SandraHamrick2 @ConcordNCPolice @wsoctv Even more than that is that the mall is blaming it on Dave and Busters and the parking lot when it actually started inside the mall near Children's Place and continue out into the parking lot and it should have been stopped inside before it got outside but now no camera footage.
