@PureGym Also there is no Manager at the Billericay branch .. plus as account is suspended cannot Accra the site to do this even if there was!

@Carolin02883087 ID is required to be taken to the gym and shown to the Gym Manager direct. only the will the account be suspended. If you have been advised this can be sent via email, the team will get round to answering this as soon as they possibly can. #PureHelp

@RoyalMail also as I’d booked the ‘print your label’ option I can’t seem to even now access my order to print it myself (had shut browser with my order). So I sat on hold to customer services for 55 minutes. I was eventually connected and my call was immediately dropped

@RoyalMail to say I’m furious is an understatement! I’m unable to leave the house so paid for online postage, collection & ‘print your label’ service. Postman turned up today to collect and had no idea what I was talking about ref bringing the label with him
