@ChrisGPackham Chris that's a difficult session to have taken however the idea of localised walks would be a good one - you say east and affordable travel - trains are definitely not affordable! Localised walks would open it up to everyone - maybe offer either option ?

@___batshitcrazy Look to have safeguarding supervision on a regular basis at work. Walk, walk and walk some more - it's helped me so much recently, gives you headspace to process events. Write lists, prioritise. Look after you.
