@virginmedia Like I have said been trying for 3 days on live chat and phone we get put through to the moving department and no one answers trouble now you will want 31 days notice and we move on the 28th October and where we're going doesn't have any virgin media service
@virginmedia really disgusted with the way my partner has been treated trying to cancel your service for 3 days been trying and his been abruptly spoken to will never be coming back to you again we are cancelling our direct debit bet you will soon be contacting us
