Guys, avoid transacting with @PettmallKe at all cost!! This company has some conmanship going on. 4th Aug. 2025, I paid for a plot in Nachu, by Oct and into Nov. I was asking if asking for my title yet they kept telling me "it will be ready next week."

I had the misfortune of talking to Grace Wambui the CEO of @PettmallKe, and all I can say is that the fish rots from the head. Management cannot be trusted in this company. Lies and false promises are what you will get when you're unwilling to play games with them. Be warned!!!

Ultimately, Patrick convinced me that I should "give HIM the benefit of doubt" because now he's the one handling my case. He supposedly assured me that Sat. 30th May, 2026, I'll have my refund. Needless to say, today is 31st May and nothing... @PettmallKe are cons!!!

Patrick also admitted that he "refused" to sign the Deed of Revocation which i signed on 5th May, 2026, awaiting my title. At this point I was tired of telling him that "I WANT MY FULL REFUND, I NO LONGER WANT AN IMAGINARY TITLE" from scammy @PettmallKe .

I told Patrick that they went ahead & pushed for my title to be processed after I had given my notice for refund. Trying to vindictive himself (but it backfired) he showed me the mutation, it was actually done on 22nd April, 2026. In any case, said title was nowhere in sight.

28th May, 2026, I went to the @PettmallKe office in Kikuyu. From 9:30am until after 3pm, I was having a loop of convo with Patrick Muthui. He seems to have a comprehension problem coz I was categorical that I was there for my full refund. He was insisting the title might be ready

Keep in mind the "90 days notice" is stipulated in the Sale Agreement so you would imagine @PettmallKe has no issues meeting the conditions that they've set, but no. The deadline was dismissively missed, and no action or communication from @PettmallKe.

On 26th May, 2026, @PettmallKe director Patrick Muthui called me (after I sent an email), asking me to extend the deadline to Fri 29th May 2026 & assured me that by then I will get my refund. I was infuriated & told him "no" because they had 90 days to make adequate arrangements.

This year, the same story continued so after 8 months I finally gave up and gave a 90 days notice on 27th Feb. 2026, to get my refund. I've been the one who initiates communication with @PettmallKe, they only communicate in response and it's always a set of empty promises.
