@NHSDigital @EyeSeeHW Phoned them 6 times and spoke to different people. Some say on a couple of hours but most 24hrs to 14 days. Done out bit. Now back to you I believe!!!!

@marksandspencer I am so disappointed in you. Today Mum mother returned a pair of trousers that were bought at Christmas for and elderly friend to try on at Christmas who sadly lost their life to Covid. My mum had the receipt, you would only offer the sale price of £1.99 REALLY!

@karenbest2 @marksandspencer I am so disappointed, my dad is 88 and shielding, my mum wasn’t going to go and return clothes in Feb when 1, thought they were closed, 2, when the virus was high at that point. You are so right, not good enough.

@marksandspencer End of Feb isn’t good enough really when clothes shops weren’t open until 12th April! Trousers bought for someone that has now lost their life to covid. £1.99 back when they cost about £15 something. Shame @marksandspencer

@marksandspencer Well you food stores were open but your clothing shouldn’t have been and you now have signs outside to say they are now open. What’s going on here. 12th April is the day non-essential shops opened. My parents are sticking to the rules!
