@dizzy_bobbler@LizziCollinge You can get gluten-free soy sauce if you look in the free-from ranges in supermarkets- I have have had it from Morrison’s and Tesco’s
@dizzy_bobbler@LizziCollinge Substituting gluten-free for normal flour is a little trickier than just a straight substitute as you need to add in xanthan gum often to help the gluten-free flour work. If your ok with nuts/coconut and want to do substitutions almond flour/coconut flour is easier for this
@LizziCollinge On Facebook Becky Excell is worth following also her website https://t.co/TDxpCRFkPO has loads of fab recipes. I use lots of her recipes and they are adaptable, all are gluten free but you are able to substitute milk alternatives if needed.
@JonBroughton4 @Marie35086471 @InspMo Huge difference there! Permission is sought from patients and/or their family first to use the footage that is filmed for programmes like airambulance ER and patients family’s are able to say what is shown and are involved in the hole process. Not so with nosy bystander footage
@RipleyFood@ripleystthomas It was yummy!! Even when SJ had to improvise for gluten-free spring rolls as there seems to be no such thing as gluten-free filo pastry!
@AnneCla23351470@HerdyUK That must be tough. My daughter possibly had this and meets all the criteria, however the problem we are having is that because there is no-one else in the doctors are reluctant to diagnose it which is very frustrating. Stay safe xx
@HerdyUK My daughter SJ is amazing. Although she struggles with significant health issues, and anxiety, she is always looking at how she can help and support others. She loves doing random acts of kindness and hopes to spread joy to others doing so!
@HeadOK1 Is this still required? I may be able to get hold of some wood but will have to ask my husband first as the often have sections of wood from old pallets etc.
