Part 2/2 @SteveBilt ..retired. I was directed 2 email Mayra Nevarez, regional manager. Never responded. The "contact us" page of smile brands never responded. Tried 2-3x a month and no one is competent enough to give me my money back. Why does no one at corporate have a phone #?

Part 1/2 @SteveBilt any idea why your company can't be professional? I have been trying since April 2 get $600 refunded 2 my HSA card because I paid Monarch Dental Duncanville AND insurance paid them. Everyone I talk 2 says they don't know how 2 refund me b/c the office manager..

I'm nt in the classroom anymore, bt I got 2 jump back in this wk w/ my old s's! Even better, I got 2 use my linguistics degree skills when I saw they were having a hard time pronouncing -ed endings. Quick mini lesson and then pairs worked 2 sort examples on sticky notes. #ellchat

I've been teaching myself piano thru an app and 2day I teared up at a song that I couldn't play! So I practiced 1 hand, practiced the other, slowed the pace and did both hands, and then was able to play it... Realized I had just #scaffolded for myself. Fresh perspective! #ellchat

Bgnr ss have a hard time writing for TELPAS. Today, aftr explaining the prompt 4x and still seeing looks of defeat, I wrote my own TELPAS sample in Spanish.Then I read them what I wrote, in Spanish. They applauded! And then they wrote! Show ur ss that taking risks is ok.
