@hm_custserv UK and I bought it online, 14 days is not a lot of time with Christmas time, work, sickness, disabilities and caring responsibilities! And that includes actually waiting for delivery!! Especially if you get it delivered somewhere else and don’t pick it up straight away…

@hmunitedkingdom another reason to shop less and less with you. Went into store to return some items and told it’s out of 14 days as it’s sale. This never was the case for many years but another change not well communicated or even at least extended over Xmas!! #PoorService

@AmazonHelp Hi Erika, I can not leave my apartment. My neighbour does not have it & I put clear delivery instructions that AGAIN has not been followed. I don’t have a secure location & there is no photo of where it’s been left that I can see. It’s not my job to contact the courier surely?Thx
