@PodcastSTS If the juror won't follow the law they should be removed & replaced with an alternate. Why would we want a mistrial when you are that close to a verdict. If I was a tax payer I would be furious at the cost of two trials when you could possibly remedy the situation. Good for Red

@NateNewsNow I disagree with the Judge. They have been deliberately for a long and STILL this juror refuses to listen to the law they shouldn't be a juror and they should be replaced

@NateNewsNow It is starting to feel like harassment for these jurors. They have deliberated multiple times and have told thejudge they can't come to a verdict. They need to call a mistrial. How many more times do they need to tell that to the judge?
