Frustrated listening to discharge issues in media . Not a mention of the work of AHPs do to facilitate this process, community rehabilitation services and social care. Its a complex process and it's more than just leaving hospital. It's more than being left in a hotel room!
New Year, New Job, New start!
I'm actually going to miss this place. Learnt a lot, met some of the loveliest people I've ever met and have lots of memories to take away.

On #WorldToiletDay2021 remember for #olderpeople, physical access to the #toilet can be daunting and dangerous, resulting in falls as a result of #hazards, poor lighting, and the low height of most toilets. #OT helps! Risk assessment and adaptation are key. #OccupationalTherapy
