@thameswater I’m in NW8 and have no water pressure. It came back briefly last night but water is not working again this morning. Cannot get through on helpline and your website incorrectly states water services have been restored. Could you pls provide an accurate update?

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve tried 333 several times and am not willing to wait again without ever getting a person. Have tried the chat multiple times. It’s pretty poor customer service.
@ThreeUK Why has 5G broadband inexplicably shut down AGAIN? This has been a near-daily occurrence since your network “upgrade” in NW8. And never with a message, warning, or apology; it just repeatedly stops working for hours at a time.
@ThreeUKSupport The Wi-Fi stops working nearly every day, for a few minutes to a few hours. Today we had no Wi-Fi and no data on our phones for the first hour (not on 3, 4, or 5G. There is no way to connect the router to 3G. Data returned, Wi-Fi still not working despite resetting the router.
@three_broadband 5G broadband is down again (with no explanation or communication from you, as usual) and an infinite wait when I try to call. This is a near daily occurrence since your network “upgrade” in NW8 earlier this month. It’s absolutely unworkable.
@KittyRose1988 @LasVegasUK And as for the other direction (UK to US) it totally depends what state you're going to. In MA, quarantine is mandatory from most places outside of New England, with fines and penalties for not complying. Every state is different, though.
@KittyRose1988 @LasVegasUK Also you have to fill out forms online before you enter the country that give your mobile, where you are staying, anywhere else you are going, and authorizing them to contact/find you to check if you are following the quarantine.
@KittyRose1988 @LasVegasUK I arrived at LHR this morning from Boston and was told in no uncertain terms that we must quarantine for 14 days - but also that we could have daily exercise and go out for necessities as we could during London's lockdown. But NONE of that is written anywhere as guidance, etc.
@ThreeUKSupport our 5G router is suddenly saying “no SIM”. The SIM is there, and we’ve removed and reinserted repeatedly. The device willl not “see” it. Advice?
