@SW_Help @SW_Help so are you staying you’ll only reimburse to get people to certain destinations? Ubers have ramped up their fares to over £100 and there’s actually no taxis available at Basingstoke, passengers don’t want to fork out crazy fare prices if you’re not going to reimburse.

Last time this happened it was almost a 3 hour delay getting home. Its crazy how poor the contingency planning is to help your passengers who pay obscene amounts to travel with you!
