@JagexSupport Hi, I have viewed this, but it won't let me add other passwords I click the button that says "Add another password?" and nothing happens. I've given the earliest transaction histories I could find, but how am I meant to have information from 15yrs long ago still available?

When you have your Runescape account for 20yrs, you put alot of time and money into it. You come back to play it and find the password is changed and account is locked and the appeal form sucks, because you made those answers 20 odd years ago and don't remember them @JagexSupport

@JagexSupport Hello, someone has had access to my account while I wasn't playing and has changed the password. I can give alot of information for it, but I can't remember certain things from 18yrs ago when the account was created and it won't let me enter more than one old pass!!
