@tweeterazzis Totally get your point about Solana protocols and agree with you.
But again, revenue means nothing without context.
Unlike you, I’m not driven by money, and I’m not blaming projects just because they’re not printing it for me
@BuidlerExpos @tweeterazzis@cosmos True, but @tweeterazzis don’t like to do his own research’s… mantra launched in 2020 on ethereum, than migrated to polkadot then cosmos for IBC stack
@tweeterazzis @BuidlerExpos @cosmos Mantra is built using the cosmos SDK, so it sucks?! BnB chain is also built using cosmos SDK, so it suck’s?
What a nice way of thinking you have man
@tweeterazzis@cosmos No, my point is that it’s not because you got rekt that it sucks. But indeed, cosmos is great to make money. You are still complaining about free money tho.
@tweeterazzis@cosmos Juno, osmo, stars, raw,… not our fault if you never sold
Luna is not the cosmos bro srs
Not cosmos fault if you don’t dyor. I got also rugged on luna, but I decided to do it. Nobody forced me
I could name one of the rising greats - Roope, Sheldrick, Alkan, Andrea - but they are rather well known in the groups that focus on ai art. I want to mention someone who has been largely forgotten: @gal_barkan.
Back in 2021, he built the Galaxy Eggs collection. In doing so, he pioneered a blend of professional art direction and AI augmentation that hadn't yet been seen in NFT creation. He trained his model, curated the outputs, and minted them directly without touch up - becoming one of the first to establish the "machine as artist" precedent. His work here predated the explosion of public ai art generators and represented the leap from academic GAN/diffusion art to a professionally polished, large-scale collection.
In a time when most NFTs were handmade, pixel art, or procedurally generated, he created a visually striking, fully-3d rendered collection. I'll repeat: these were not image layers.
In making Galaxy Eggs, Barkan was one of the first to prove ai art could be both conceptually daring and commercially viable at scale. Nearly 4 years later, Galaxy Eggs still ranks within the top 20 art NFT collections by all-time volume - outpacing Autoglyphs, The Memes, and all XCOPY collections.
That’s remarkable, especially considering most people - even in these parts - have never heard of Gal Barkan or seen his work.
