#Sabres goaltending this regular season and rank among NHL:
GSAX: 24.51 (5th)
Team SV%: .900% (3rd)
GAA: 2.93 (10th)
Quality Start % (>.900 SV% in a game):
Lyon: .676 (9th)
UPL: .618 (17th)
Ellis: .500 (46th)
At a large sample size, pretty damn good!#Sabrehood@CrossSwordsPod
Obviously in the postseason, there were some times you can obviously point out goaltending along with play in front of the net.
Collectively for a majority of the season though, goaltending was sharp, and defensively they were efficient.
I’m good if they run it back in net.
Top and bottom five #Sabres in top skating speed (mph) this year, per NHL Edge:
Top:
1.) Malenstyn—24.94
2.) Kozak—23.41
3.) Krebs—23.28
4.) McLeod—23.18
5.) Quinn—23.04
Bottom:
1.) Schenn—20.97
2.) Timmins—21.01
3.) Metsa—21.08
4.) Stanley—21.26
5.) Kesselring—21.67

Stat of the day: #Sabres Rasmus Dahlin skated 324.21 miles this season, which is rough and dirty the distance from Buffalo to New York City.
Absolute workhorse.
