Dear @brian_armstrong @cobie @shaaa256,

A question about the BCH network split in November 2020. Coinbase was running @Bitcoin_ABC's node software right up to the fork then switched to BCHN and never credited customers their coins on the ABC chain (BCHA, which later rebranded to @eCash ecash:native ). Standard practice is to treat a fork neutrally and honor both sides, so why switch did you switch clients at the fork? What happened to the XEC (fka BCHA) that Coinbase customers were entitled to? Why weren't holders given access to it? The eCash community would genuinely like an answer.

Today I had to split old $BCH and $XEC . Experiencing both side by side was a good way to experience how much better the UX is with avalanche.
