Wasn’t the way we wanted our season to end but still a great year!Going to miss the leadership our seniors brought to the team.

I worked on some explosive power with med balls today. Looking forward to starting my throwing program next week.

Summer started out great but unfortunately I started dealing with rotator cuff tendonitis in my second outing. Managed to pitch through it a couple times but ultimately it kept me out all of June and July except for one brief outing when I gave it one more try.

Not the summer I was hoping for but I’ll be back healthy for the fall. Until then the focus is on getting stronger and more explosive.
